Job Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Operate production machinery within designated areas while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and established operational protocols.
- Revise and develop procedural documentation and assist in investigations related to processes.
- Facilitate training to ensure proficiency in process automation and support systems, as well as the operation of primary production machinery.
- Take the lead in managing inventory levels of materials and components, including weighing and verifying raw materials.
- Promote a safe working environment and actively contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace safety.
- Assemble, clean, and sterilize process components while assisting in the maintenance of material and component inventory levels.
- Engage in routine manufacturing tasks according to written procedures that are moderately complex, with minimal guidance.
- Assist in the revision and creation of process documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records, while supporting process-related investigations.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required.
- Knowledge in scientific principles typically acquired through a certificate program or an Associate's Degree in Biotechnology or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in collaborative work environments where accountability, attention to detail, teamwork, and results were essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in common computer applications and web-based tools.
- Prior exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations and/or experience in a cleanroom or highly regulated setting is desirable.
Note: This position involves handling hazardous materials.
