As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Operate production machinery within designated areas while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and established operational protocols.
  • Revise and develop procedural documentation and assist in investigations related to processes.
  • Facilitate training to ensure proficiency in process automation and support systems, as well as the operation of primary production machinery.
  • Take the lead in managing inventory levels of materials and components, including weighing and verifying raw materials.
  • Promote a safe working environment and actively contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace safety.
  • Assemble, clean, and sterilize process components while assisting in the maintenance of material and component inventory levels.
  • Engage in routine manufacturing tasks according to written procedures that are moderately complex, with minimal guidance.
  • Assist in the revision and creation of process documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records, while supporting process-related investigations.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Knowledge in scientific principles typically acquired through a certificate program or an Associate's Degree in Biotechnology or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in collaborative work environments where accountability, attention to detail, teamwork, and results were essential.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in common computer applications and web-based tools.
  • Prior exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations and/or experience in a cleanroom or highly regulated setting is desirable.

Note: This position involves handling hazardous materials.
