About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading a team of software developers.
  • Strong knowledge of modern web development technologies and techniques.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire team members.
  • Experience in the finance industry is a plus.
