Job Description:

The Dietary Supervisor promotes the health and well-being of residents through nutrition management. This role oversees the dietary departmental staff and all facets of food preparation, ensuring adherence to standardized recipes and nutritional requirements as directed by the registered dietitian. The Dietary Supervisor also ensures facility and departmental policies and procedures, safe handling practices, and infection control standards are followed.

Responsibilities:
