Norton Medical Group is seeking skilled Anesthesiologists to provide exceptional care to our patients. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Highlights:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $465,000 to $475,000, with increases in December 2024
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus and up to $100,000 recruitment incentive for residents paid over 5 years
  • $50,000 retention bonus for physicians with more than one year of experience
  • Comprehensive benefit package, including 403b matching, relocation assistance, 8 weeks' vacation, and 40 hours paid CME time and funds
  • Malpractice and licensure paid by the hospital

You will be responsible for providing anesthesia services, including general surgery, OB/GYN, bariatrics, spine, orthopedic, urology, and ENT cases. Regional blocks and spinals/epidurals are also part of your scope of practice. With a 1:7 first and second call schedule, you will have a manageable workload and opportunities for professional growth.
