Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter - 2nd Shift Specialist to join our team at Doosan Bobcat. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating painting and drying units to coat metal products with paint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply paint powder to all parts that pass through the paint booth using established methods and procedures to maintain paint quality.
  • Perform preventative maintenance of paint booths to ensure continuous and consistent operation.
  • Operate and maintain set parameters for cure oven.
  • Keep work area clean to maintain equipment and safety of area.
  • Assist in reworking of parts.
  • Complete ISO Checklists.
  • Perform duties in a safe, efficient manner in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
  • Perform overtime work as required.
  • Assist in the instruction and training of others as requested by supervisor.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and rapidly for extended periods of time to meet build requirements.
  • Ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of high school or equivalent.
  • Job-related skills, techniques, and safe work and equipment operating practices learned through on-the-job and classroom training.
