Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Uphold Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures, Principles of Responsibilities, and applicable state, federal, and local laws. Serve as a leader of the healthcare team, delegate tasks appropriately, and demonstrate appropriate accountability.
- Nursing Process: Develop and/or contribute to the individualized plan of care that reflects assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating the outcomes of that plan. Ensure the plan shows multidisciplinary planning, consultation, and education.
- Patient Care Experience: Practice customer service standards as defined by the Service Area, Medical Center, and specified department. Promptly answer call lights, alarms, and patient requests. Make appropriate referrals and facilitate the customer's ability to utilize resources.
- Team Commitment: Viewed by others to be an effective team member who is flexible, cooperative, and willing to assist others. Confront difficult or conflict situations constructively and seek appropriate assistance.
- Registered Nurse License (California)

- Basic Life Support
Please note that this is a 12-hour shift position, with the option to choose a 7:00 pm – 7:30 am shift with an 8-hour backup shift 11:00 pm – 7:30 am.
