**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Well Service Operator to join our team. As a key member of our rig or unit crew, you will be responsible for performing a variety of field tasks associated with the operation, rig up - rig down of equipment, tools, and related equipment in the shop, yard, or customer location.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain all pumps and reverse units, including high-pressure pumps, skid-mounted pumps, trailer-mounted pumps, and other specialized equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on engines and pumps, including changing fluid levels, replacing filters, and repacking valves.
  • Maintain a clean work area, free from oil spills, and address any leaks or housekeeping issues promptly.
  • Ensure all tools are accounted for and maintained in good working order.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and participate in safety meetings.
  • Report any unsafe acts or conditions to a company representative or manager.
  • Rig up and rig down equipment independently, operate equipment associated with pumping processes, and perform treatment procedures.

**Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED); some college education is desirable.
  • At least one year of experience operating pumps or reverse units with an oilfield service company.
  • Class A CDL and ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
  • Ability to perform maintenance services on engines and pumps and experience running high-horsepower equipment safely and professionally.
  • Experience running operating systems for pumping equipment.
  • Dependable communication and transportation to worksites.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including extended periods away from home.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, push, pull, lift for extended periods.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
