Key Responsibilities- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in assigned territories, including public employers and agencies.
- Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews: Meet with clients to assess their retirement readiness and provide personalized guidance to improve their financial outcomes.
- Create Business Plans: Develop and implement dynamic business plans to maximize impact on participants in assigned territories.
- Analyze Data: Use thoughtful analytics to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Document Interactions: Record client interactions in Salesforce and collect required enrollment information to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Meet Service Level Agreements: Ensure that service level agreements for the plan are met, while also achieving business results.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal service and management teams to improve effectiveness and drive business growth.
- Experience: 2+ years of related experience in financial services or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- FINRA Registrations: FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations (at minimum current Series 6 and 63 required for serious consideration).
- Reliable Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to cover assigned territories (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Strong Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Competitive Salary: $72,000 - $102,900 per year, depending on experience.
- Bonus Program: Eligibility for a bonus program, with potential for additional compensation based on individual performance.
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with generous company matching contributions.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,250 per year for tuition reimbursement.
- Paid Time Off: Generous paid time off program, including 10 paid company holidays and 3 floating holidays per year.
- Paid Volunteer Time: 16 hours per calendar year for paid volunteer time.
- Leave of Absence Programs: Paid parental leave, paid short- and long-term disability, and Family and Medical Leave (FMLA) programs.
