* Interpret and execute recipes accurately
* Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and organizing
* Execute routine food preparation tasks based on volume and preparation schedules
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of your prep area according to daily and weekly guidelines
* Assist with various tasks as directed by your Chef, Sous Chef, Lead Cook, or Manager
* Ensure proper labeling and storage of all food items
* Utilize knives and kitchen equipment while adhering to safety protocols
* Create a safe environment for both Guests and Team Members
* Carry out these responsibilities with a positive and professional demeanor
* Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
* Be available to work on all holidays
* Stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs
* Maintain composure and positivity under pressure
