- Oversee the ordering and stocking of unit supplies, ensuring cost-effective practices.
- Participate in budget preparation and monitor unit expenditures.
- Provide a welcoming environment for visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them to appropriate staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and healthcare personnel.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience as a nursing assistant is preferred.
- Availability to work 72-80 hours biweekly within the designated hours of the Resource Pool.
- Ability to work in multiple inpatient units is essential.
- CPR certification is required and must be maintained.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
