We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Cholla Ranch, a 180-unit apartment community in Arizona. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct site maintenance personnel in their daily tasks and activities
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any repairs or replacements needed
  • Perform preventative maintenance on property equipment and systems
  • Assess and repair appliances as required
  • Collaborate with other teams to prepare vacant units for new residents
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably with knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair
  • Advanced skills in HVAC and EPA regulations, with CPO certification preferred
  • A valid driver's license and insurance may be required
