Shipping Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from our warehouse to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and print EDI carton labels corresponding to customer shipping requirements
• Manage outbound logistics by scheduling and routing shipments
• Navigate and process shipments through company and customer portals
• Compile accurate packing lists and bill of ladings for each outbound shipment
• Maintain all computerized shipping and distribution records

Requirements:

• Excellent time management, administrative, and organization skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills for troubleshooting shipping issues
• Ability to maintain relationships with freight companies, co-workers, management, and vendors
• Knowledge of shipping procedures
• Knowledge of NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of Retail Link a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite – specifically in Excel
• Reliable and punctual attendance is required
• 2-3 years shipping experience
