Theatre Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Operations Manager to join our team at Coming Attractions Theatres, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to meet Coming Attractions Theatres standards.
  • Theatre Operations: Responsible for every aspect of theatre operations, including digital projection, concessions, maintenance, box office, and more.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise all floor staff and janitors, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain facilities that are clean, safe, and in good repair.
  • Financial Management: Make accurate bank deposits, manage petty cash, and ensure complete and accurate box office reports.
  • Incident Reporting: Make accurate and detailed incident/accident reports as necessary.
  • Security and Disciplinary Procedures: Direct and maintain building security, and direct disciplinary procedures as needed.
  • Communication: Clearly interface with Home Office in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Availability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Attendance: Regular and consistent attendance.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to actively listen, give full attention to others, and effectively communicate in and comprehend English.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform math calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
  • Training: Ability to train others.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
