Teller Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teller Lead to join our team at PNC. As a Teller Lead, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring tellers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will also supervise customer transactions, educate customers on new technology, and assist with outbound calling initiatives.

• Coach and mentor tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and improve customer financial wellbeing
• Process a variety of customer interactions and identify banking opportunities
• Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and refer as appropriate
• Supervise customer transactions and assist with outbound calling initiatives
• Lead by example and demonstrate clear communication skills, transaction handling, and problem resolution processes

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
