Job Summary: We're seeking a results-driven individual to join our leadership team as an Assistant Store Manager. This role is responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of daily store operations, including recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring of high-caliber employees with in-store needs
  • Assist in training and developing a successful sales team
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices
  • Ensure that all company initiatives are properly implemented and to the standard of the company direction

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week
  • Ability to work night and weekend shifts
  • Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stand for long periods of time
