Job Title: Network Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Project Manager to join our team at Indotronix International Corporation.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the implementation aspect of engineering projects for In-Building/DAS/oDas and small cell upgrades for 4G LTE and 5G mmW. This includes installation, commissioning, and integration, as well as coordinating resources involved in service delivery and scheduling, forecasting, and tracking for key projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute implementation projects for In-Building/DAS/oDas and small cell upgrades
  • Coordinate resources involved in service delivery
  • Schedule, forecast, and track key projects
  • Control and optimize delivery performance
  • Review lease and landlord agreements to ensure compliance
  • Share progress with leaders and other stakeholders using dashboards and reports
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in program/project management
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of more than one of the following areas: Network engineering, Radio frequency, Real estate, Implementation, Transport, Program management
  • Knowledge of one of the following engineering systems: Fuze, SPM, Purchase Orders, RTT, Atoll
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Program/project management certification
  • Microsoft/Google proficiency
  • Customer-facing experience
Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree or 7-10 years of work experience
