Job Description

We are seeking compassionate professionals to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children with autism. As a Behavior Therapist at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services, you will work 1:1 with children implementing specific treatment plans designed to address their needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to address the child's needs
  • Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Work collaboratively with a BCBA clinician to ensure the child's safety and well-being
Requirements
  • Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
