Role Summary:
We are in search of a Financial Advisory Manager to enhance our Transaction and Financial Advisory practice, specifically within the CFO Advisory team. This team is dedicated to assisting CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Directors in refining financial reporting processes to maximize the value of finance in business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage actively in projects focusing on various service offerings, including:
- GAAP Advisory
- Business Analytics and Decision Support
- Financial Accounting Advisory Services
- Transaction Support
- Program/Project Management
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff on engagements, participating directly in project tasks.
- Collaborate with senior managers and partners on client and engagement management matters.
- Foster existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities through exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with business owners, executive management, investors, and lenders to ensure superior client service delivery.
- Invest in professional growth through participation in training sessions and networking events.
- Contribute to recruitment efforts, including campus recruiting and referring experienced candidates.
- Exhibit strong teamwork, a positive attitude, and uphold high ethical standards.
