\Caregiver Responsibilities
\The Caregiver provides personal assistance and daily care services to enhance the residents' independence and quality of life. This includes assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
\You will respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality. Effective communication is key, so you must be able to communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
\Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests is essential. You will follow established safety standards and encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
