The Leidos Defense Group is focused on supporting a significant Military Intelligence Program that aligns with the USAF Air Combat Command's ISR mission.

Role Overview
As a Cybersecurity Assurance Specialist, you will provide essential Information Assurance (IA) support to various Air Force Wing and Squadron-level organizations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct and document comprehensive risk assessments.
2. Assist in the development of System Security Plans (SSP) and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
3. Ensure continuous monitoring of mission-critical systems, including Authority to Operate (ATO) and Interim Authorizations to Test (IATT).
4. Perform inspections of computer equipment, software, and magnetic media during Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) installations and removals.
5. Investigate and report on firewall exception requests, network service requests (NSR), and port service requests (PSR).
6. Implement IA and security standards to identify and resolve security violations.
7. Develop IA requirements based on user needs, policies, and regulatory demands.
8. Collaborate with product developers and security personnel to coordinate IA solutions during daily operations and integration forums.

Qualifications
Basic:
- BA/BS Degree with 4 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may substitute for a degree.
- Must possess current TS/SCI clearance eligibility and DOD certifications prior to assignment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Preferred:
- Extensive knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Assessment and Authorizations (A&A), Xacta IA Manager, and eMASS A&A workflow platforms is highly desirable.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is between $81,000 and $146,875. This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Factors influencing the offer may include job responsibilities, education, experience, and market alignment.
