Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Grocery Stocker to join our team at Rosauers Supermarkets. As a key member of our inventory management team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our store's shelves, ensuring products are organized, faced, and rotated correctly. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will set the stage for our customers' overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Restock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are organized and easily accessible to customers.
  • Unload products from incoming trucks, inspect deliveries for accuracy, and remove damaged or expired products.
  • Regularly inspect products for quality and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of aisles, back storage areas, and display cases.
  • Operate forklift equipment safely, following company guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Assist customers in locating products and offer recommendations when asked.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks for prolonged periods.
  • Must be 18+ years or older.
