Job Description:
In this dynamic role, you will serve as a Dynamic Transportation Coordinator for Dyno Nobel. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of commercial explosives products to our customers across various regions. You will operate a range of delivery vehicles and participate in the upkeep of our local SME (Site Mixed Emulsion) plant facility. This position requires exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with our team members and adhere to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics for product deliveries, adhering to schedules and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, vehicle maintenance, and customer communications.
  • Participate in the development of strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in transportation operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between Dyno Nobel's logistics team and external stakeholders, such as customers and suppliers.
  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve issues promptly and maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements:
  • Class A CDL with Air Brakes, Tanker, and Hazmat endorsements.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in transportation management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.
