Badminton Coach

The International School of San Francisco is seeking a qualified Badminton Coach to join our athletic department. As a Badminton Coach, you will be responsible for administering all levels of the sport, including middle school and high school teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive practice structure to enhance instruction and development of student-athletes.
• Provide clear communication to student-athletes and families regarding expectations and philosophy.
• Evaluate student-athletes using a holistic approach, considering qualities such as skill, character, integrity, leadership, and a love for the sport.
• Select student-athletes that best represent our School's Mission, without regard to ability or status.
• Foster an environment that develops positive leadership qualities both on and off the field of play.

Qualifications:

• Experience coaching at the middle school, high school, college, or club level.
• Ability to work in a value-based athletic program.
• Reliability, promptness, and dependability.
• Ability to pass a full background check.

Salary Range: $5,500 - $8,000 depending on experience and team level.
