As a Dispensary Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcome patients and customers with a friendly attitude and create a positive dispensary experience
  • Guide and educate patients and customers in choosing the right medicine and products, providing personalized insights into strains and effects
  • Proactively interact with customers, guide them through our product offerings, and highlight exclusive specials to increase sales opportunities
  • Enter and access patient records accurately, confirming identities and eligibility to purchase in line with legal and company standards

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus benefits including 12 days of paid time off, nine paid holidays, paid sick leave, paid parental leave, medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, and transit benefits.
