Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various production tasks, including framing, millwork, and trim work
  • Operate hand tools, nail guns, and staple guns
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve productivity goals
  • Meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 60 pounds

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in construction or manufacturing preferred
  • Excellent attendance record and willingness to work as a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong safety focus and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
