The Lemoine Company is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in the commercial industry, specializing in concrete forming or drywall finishing.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret and execute construction plans and blueprints
- Measure, cut, and shape various materials
- Assemble and fasten materials using appropriate techniques
- Install structures such as windows, frames, and flooring
- Construct forms and pour concrete
- Finish surfaces by sanding, staining, and painting
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Manual dexterity and ability to assemble things
- Good sense of balance and coordination
- Ability to work in confined spaces and adverse weather conditions
