Job Summary

As a Teller I PT, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Develop and expand new and existing customer relationships by referring Bank products and services
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bank products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and credit cards
Participate in and promote a teamwork atmosphere in the branch

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum of six (6) months of retail cash handling and customer service experience
Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills
General math skills
Proven verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Superior customer service skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with internet user-level technology
