Executive Director - Early Childhood

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of child care professionals to ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
  • Collaborate with parents and families to ensure a smooth and effective communication channel.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets and control overheads.
  • Monitor manhours and problem-solve to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Strong educational background in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of child care professionals.
  • Organizational skills to manage administrative tasks and quality checks.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $40,000.00 per year. Benefits include 401(k), childcare, and employee discount. The schedule is Monday to Friday, and the ability to commute to Jacksonville, NC is required. Relocation to Jacksonville, NC 28546 is also required before starting work. The work location is in person.
