Bravera Holdings Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence & Analysis Manager to join our team in Bismarck or Dickinson, ND. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with management and departments to identify opportunities for business process improvement and develop strategies to automate and streamline business processes.
• Design and implement a dynamic and self-service reporting environment to meet department objectives and business development goals.
• Develop and manage Enterprise Workflow technology and environment to automate and streamline business processes.
• Manage and design a reporting environment, including data sources, access control, and security.
• Train end-users on new reports and self-service dashboards.
• Collect, manage, and report data to help solve business initiatives.
• Develop strategies, techniques, and tools for developing, retaining, and acquiring customers.
• Ensure business guidelines are met when processing business data.

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, computer science, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
• Proficient in data reporting technologies and data visualization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
