  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and cultural competence.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in counseling, advocacy, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals and families in East Tennessee.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for local travel, with occasional overnight stays required for some positions.
