Job Summary:

Troon International is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a seasonal part-time Bartender. Ideal candidates will excel in a service-oriented atmosphere and prioritize delivering outstanding experiences to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage bar inventory, prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages, and assist in maintaining cost efficiency and inventory records.
2. Ensure effective inventory management through diligent monitoring of all food and beverage supplies, promptly communicating with management regarding restocking needs.
3. Adhere to all relevant state liquor regulations and operational procedures as outlined by management.
4. Relay guest inquiries and feedback to the Department Manager for resolution.
5. Execute opening and closing tasks, including inventory checks, cash handling, cleaning, and restocking.
6. Be responsible for processing checks and cash transactions using the Point of Sales System.
7. Review event schedules for updates and prepare for special occasions.
8. Provide service for catered events from designated service areas.
9. Occasionally assist in serving meals to guests.
10. Implement safe work practices throughout job duties.
11. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; one year of bartending experience or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with state regulations for serving alcohol.

Additional Qualifications:

Knowledge of cocktail preparation and wine selections is essential.

Completion of Alcohol Awareness Training is preferred.
