Job Summary:
Troon International is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a seasonal part-time Bartender. Ideal candidates will excel in a service-oriented atmosphere and prioritize delivering outstanding experiences to our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bar inventory, prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages, and assist in maintaining cost efficiency and inventory records.
- Ensure effective inventory management through diligent monitoring of all food and beverage supplies, promptly communicating with management regarding restocking needs.
- Adhere to all relevant state liquor regulations and operational procedures as outlined by management.
- Relay guest inquiries and feedback to the Department Manager for resolution.
- Execute opening and closing tasks, including inventory checks, cash handling, cleaning, and restocking.
- Be responsible for processing checks and cash transactions using the Point of Sales System.
- Review event schedules for updates and prepare for special occasions.
- Provide service for catered events from designated service areas.
- Occasionally assist in serving meals to guests.
- Implement safe work practices throughout job duties.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; one year of bartending experience or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with state regulations for serving alcohol.
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of cocktail preparation and wine selections is essential.
Completion of Alcohol Awareness Training is preferred.
