Essel is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead and oversee electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead and oversee electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to industry standards.
  • Design and Development: Create electrical designs, blueprints, and specifications, and review and endorse electrical system designs and components.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with diverse teams, including other engineering sectors, to integrate electrical systems into overall designs, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Perform quality control inspections and guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Project Management: Handle project budgets and timelines, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Technical Expertise: Participate in design assessments and offer technical insights, and stay informed about advancements in electrical engineering technology.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
  • Professional Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software and tools, and a solid understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, strong leadership and project management skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capability to thrive in a team setting.
