Automotive Reconditioning Manager

Mike Bass Ford is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the operations of our detail department. As a key member of our Service and Sales Departments, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for sale.

• Act as a liaison between department staff and managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Hire and train staff members to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely deliveries and meet customer expectations.
• Utilize software to streamline the detailing process and maximize productivity.
• Develop and implement strict processes for cleaning and preparing vehicles for sale.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure that all vehicles meet our high standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in detailing, including experience with high-speed buffing and other detailing equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on your feet for extended periods, and adapt to outdoor weather conditions.
