We are currently seeking an experienced Data Scientist Manager Marketing Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence Analytics team, you will play a vital role in developing and communicating key performance indicators and strategic analyses for our stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in driving business growth and informing data-driven decisions that shape our marketing strategies.

In this role, you will analyze the performance and effectiveness of our HCP, Consumer, Digital, and Trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities, providing actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing spend and resource allocation to maximize ROI. You will also develop and maintain the Marketing Dashboard, perform ad-hoc analyses to help marketers dive deeper into channel performance, and design and implement A/B tests to test the effectiveness of new or pilot marketing initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in marketing analytics, with a minimum of 9 years of experience in a related field. An MBA, MS degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics would be highly desirable, as would experience working in the healthcare industry in a marketing analytics or business analytics role. Strategic consulting experience and proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Datorama, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI would also be valuable assets.

You will work closely with internal and external partners, sharing data, insights, and perspectives that contribute to strategic priorities. The estimated salary range for this position is $125,700 - $251,500, although the actual salary may vary based on specific locations.
