Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Technician to join our team. As a Diesel Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our machines. Your expertise will help keep our customers' businesses running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely manner
  • Safety First: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and industry regulations
  • Team Player: Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Two-year associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Skills and Qualifications: Applied knowledge of basic mechanical theory, trade-specific tooling, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in computer technology
  • Licensing and Certifications: CDL preferred or ability to obtain, ability to meet and maintain insurability standards to drive a company vehicle

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $30.56 - $49.51 per hour, DOE
