Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing Java development teams, preferably with Guidewire (Insurance Now) experience. Duck Creek, Majesco, or Socotra experience could be used as well.
  • Industry Knowledge: Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving set objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Technical Background: A solid technical background with an understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
