Principal Engineer

V2X is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team in a critical role that requires expertise in military systems development and DoD acquisition programs. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading technical efforts associated with all program phases of product development, including system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, and acquisition and resource management.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that all engineering efforts are aligned with program requirements and objectives.
• System Development: Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems.
• Documentation and Reporting: Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with government team counterparts to assess performance-to-plan and technical risks, track program/project status and schedules, and perform analysis of project status and generate high-quality technical reports and presentations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering/Science field from an accredited University.
• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a relevant Engineering/Science field, with demonstrated ability to lead technical efforts associated with all program phases of product development.
• Clearance Requirement: Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
