Sr. Systems Validation Scientist, Flow Cytometrist

MILLENNIUMSOFT is seeking a highly skilled Flow Cytometrist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing protocols, conducting testing, and writing reports to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

• Develop and execute validation plans for new and existing products
• Conduct flow cytometry experiments to test products and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and translate it into product requirements
• Lead portions of the definition, design, and execution of validation activities under the guidance of the validation lead
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer workflows, scientific advancements in flow cytometry, and the competitive landscape

• B.S. in Immunology, Cell Biology, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in flow cytometry in academic research, pharma industry, contract research organizations, or other relevant industry
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting flow cytometers
• Experience with sample prep for multi-parameter flow cytometry applications
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with others in a multi-disciplinary team

• MS or Ph.D. degree in Immunology, Cell Biology or in a related discipline
• Experience in a flow core lab facility
