Job Title: Endodontist Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Endodontist to join our team at DCS Clinical in Schaumburg, IL. As a highly respected dental specialty group, we excel in conventional and microsurgical endodontics, focusing on root canal therapy and dental trauma management. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized care to patients, examining, diagnosing, prescribing treatment, and performing comprehensive endodontic services.
  • Interact with patients effectively, ensuring an inclusive and comforting experience.
  • Solve problems efficiently, utilizing strong decision-making skills to positively impact the patient experience and resolve any concerns.

Requirements:
  • Illinois dental license and a specialty license in endodontics required.
  • A 4-year dental degree and completion of an endodontic residency are essential.
  • Demonstrate high clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills.
  • Comfortable and effective in communicating with both patients and referring doctors.

Compensation: $7,500 average daily collections, based on 45% collections, with potential to earn up to 50%.
