About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Operating Room department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising personnel, managing procedures, ordering supplies and equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize departmental efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technologies and best practices
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • 2+ years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
