Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems.
  • Schedule and prioritize emergency repair work to minimize downtime.
  • Provide expert advice and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols and site-specific operational policies.
  • Advocate for and implement energy-saving measures throughout the facility.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facility operations.
  • Possession of the highest-level relevant state/local license for Stationary Engineer and/or HVAC, along with a universal refrigerant recovery certification.
  • Demonstrated skills in employee relations, coaching, and training.
  • Certification in OSHA ACM awareness training.
  • Familiarity with energy conservation techniques and building automation technologies.
