Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting on-site and online speech-language assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments to determine eligibility for speech services
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to address the unique needs of each client
  • Work collaboratively with clients and their families to achieve treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services provided
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid certification as an SLP by ASHA
  • 1+ years' experience as a pediatric speech therapist
  • Continued education requirements maintained
  • Ability to work and collaborate with others in a clinic setting
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills
Compensation

We offer competitive compensation packages, including 1099 and W2 options, with rates commensurate with experience, qualifications, and bilingualism.
