Anderson Columbia Co. Inc. is seeking an experienced Dredge Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and effectively directing the production of day-to-day dredge operations.
Key Responsibilities- Moves and assembles dredging equipment in preparation for dredging operations.
- Operates and maintains the dredge and support equipment in a safe working manner at all times.
- Assists maintenance personnel with repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Minimum of one year of experience running a dredge.
- Valid driver's license.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work 10-12 hours a day and some Saturdays.
- Ability to safely and effectively direct the production of day-to-day dredge operations with support from management.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
- Healthcare, dental, eye, and life insurance.
- 401(k) after six months with a company match program.
