Job Summary

Anderson Columbia Co. Inc. is seeking an experienced Dredge Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and effectively directing the production of day-to-day dredge operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Moves and assembles dredging equipment in preparation for dredging operations.
  • Operates and maintains the dredge and support equipment in a safe working manner at all times.
  • Assists maintenance personnel with repairs and preventive maintenance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience running a dredge.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work 10-12 hours a day and some Saturdays.
  • Ability to safely and effectively direct the production of day-to-day dredge operations with support from management.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
