Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Anesthesiology Physician to join our team at Amergis Locum Tenens. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing procedures for rendering patients insensible to pain and emotional stress during obstetrical, surgical, and certain medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24hr call coverage for elective and emergency surgery cases
• Support life functions under the stress of Anesthetics and surgical manipulations
• Manage problems in pain relief, cardiac and respiratory resuscitation, and fluid, electrolyte, and metabolic disturbances
• Perform bronchoscopy-diagnostic and therapeutic, placement and management of Swan-Ganz catheter, arterial cannulation, and central venous catheters

Requirements:

• Board certification by ABOA
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• CRNA support
