Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate radiographic equipment to produce images of the human body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Produce high-quality images as directed by radiologists and physicians.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of general anatomy, technical factors, and radiation protection.
  • Competent in all General X-ray procedures, Fluoroscopy, Surgical, and Special Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Iowa Permit to Practice - Radiography
  • ARRT Registered
  • Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration
  • CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support)
