Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Mentor and educate nursing staff on best practices and new technologies.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Current State RN License.
- 3 years of Long Term Care experience preferred.
- 2 years of Charge Nurse experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills.
