Check-In and Check-Out Processes
• Ensure smooth and efficient processing of guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage reservations via phone, online platforms, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and personal details.
Collaboration with Departments
• Coordinate with housekeeping to confirm room readiness for incoming guests.
• Handle various payment transactions with precision.
• Prepare and present invoices and receipts to guests, addressing any billing discrepancies as needed.
Front Desk Operations
• Keep the front desk and lobby area organized and presentable.
• Answer and route phone calls as required.
