Compensation: $23.89 to $27.85 per hour
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of material handling equipment, including clamp trucks, sit-down trucks, stand-up trucks, and slip sheet trucks.
- Understand and execute material movement orders, transporting materials to designated areas within the facility.
- Perform dispatch functions, including checking in/out trailers and managing Bill of Lading documentation.
- Conduct Standard Work BBS Observations and LTO Standard Work Gemba Walks.
- Mentor and train new and current employees on material handling tasks, including equipment operation and inventory management.
- Train and certify employees on all powered industrial equipment used in the warehouse.
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives as required.
- Adhere to all safety and operational protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in physical inventory counts.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment while promoting safety and compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work overtime and flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Certifications Required:
- Power Industrial Truck Certification.
- Lockout/Tagout certification (Glad Hand Locks).
