Position Overview:
This role entails executing general custodial responsibilities across various environments, including office spaces, warehouses, kitchen areas, and outdoor settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate assigned equipment.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of designated areas.
  • Manage waste collection and disposal.
  • Assist in moving furniture, equipment, and materials as required.
  • Conduct basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and repairing fixtures.
  • Ensure grounds are free of trash and debris.
  • Travel to multiple locations to fulfill job duties.
  • Set up necessary equipment for meetings and events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in custodial roles within both warehouse and commercial office settings.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated initiative, customer service orientation, and mechanical skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment:

  • Adhere to safety policies while performing all duties.
  • Work primarily in a corporate building with potential travel to other locations.
  • Capable of operating various equipment, including computers, copiers, and industrial cleaning machines.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical activities include walking, sitting, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
