Core Responsibilities:
- Inspire and train members on a one-on-one basis while collaborating with group trainers
- Develop tailored training programs suited to each member's individual needs and capabilities
- Conduct thorough fitness assessments and monitor member progress
- Maintain consistent communication and support with clients to ensure lasting success
- Stay informed on industry developments and integrate new techniques into training sessions
- Perform additional tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
- Certifications in CPR, AED, and personal training (NASM or ACE preferred)
- Prior experience in personal training is beneficial
- Familiarity with fitness club management software and related applications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients
- A genuine interest in learning and staying updated on fitness and nutrition principles
- Experience in areas such as corrective exercise and injury prevention is advantageous
